The Gestalt process helps you to access internal wisdom and resources already within you that you have acquired through travelling your own unique journey in the world - but have been clouded by critical judgments, negative thinking and habitual patterns.
Together we will explore how you relate to yourself, to others, and to your environment. Through this active and authentic way of relating, we come to understand who you are and what and how you feel, do, think and move in the here and now (experience) - rather than what was, might be, could be, or should be (story).
This newfound awareness presents you with choices in how you respond to life moving forward and with that choice becomes change as you begin to experience reintegration of various parts of self that, we all as humans, often keep hidden beneath the surface of shame, guilt, lack of safety or fear of criticism and rejection.
This is a safe, gentle and supported process in expressing yourself more fully, in all your shades, opening you up to deep, lasting personal growth and change.
